Registration of Mortgage. The parties shall complete the mortgage registration with relevant mortgage registrar within ten days after this Contract is signed. Party A and Party B shall complete the changes in registration in a timely manner if the registered particulars are changed and it is required to complete the changes in registration according to law.
Registration of Mortgage. 8.1 The mortgagor shall register this Mortgage Contract with relevant registration authorities within 5 days from the date of its execution; all of those certificates, mortgage registration document associated with the collateral shall be kept by the mortgagee.
8.2 During the term of mortgage, where the registration needs to be changed, the mortgagor shall be liable to do so.
8.3 During the term of mortgage, where the mortgaged right is transferred by the mortgagor according to this Contract; the mortgagor shall be in assistance with the mortgagee and transferee on the change of registration.
Registration of Mortgage to cause the Mortgage to be duly registered and otherwise to comply with and satisfy all the requirements and formalities established by the laws of Cyprus and to perfect the Mortgage and this Deed as a valid and enforceable first priority statutory mortgage upon the Ship and to furnish to the Mortgagee from time to time such proof as the Mortgagee may reasonably request in order to satisfy themselves that the Owner has complied with the provisions of this clause 6.1.20;
Registration of Mortgage. Evidence that the relevant Mortgage has been registered against the relevant Vessel at the Hong Kong Shipping Registry.
Registration of Mortgage. 17.1 After the execution of this contract, the Mortgagor and the Lender shall timely register the mortgage with the competent authority, the mortgage registration certificate shall be held by the Lender before the loan is fully repaid; any change on the mortgage registration that requires a change registration to be completed, the Mortgagor and the Lender shall conduct a change registration.
17.2 After all of obligations hereunder have been fulfilled in accordance with the contract; the Lender shall proactively assist the Mortgagor to conduct a cancellation registration.
Registration of Mortgage. The Mortgage is not approved by the Registrar of Ships in the Canary Islands and fully and effectively registered in accordance with the laws of Spain within 60 days of the date of filing of the Mortgage.
Registration of Mortgage. The Mortgagee may register this mortgage at the Mortgagor’s expense.
Registration of Mortgage. The Mortgagor and the Mortgagee shall go through the formalities for registration of mortgage in and with relevant registration department within 30 days after signature hereof. If the collateral is movable property and the main debt guaranteed is the financing funds for purchasing the collateral, within ten(10) days after the delivery of the collateral, the Mortgagor and the Mortgagee shall go to the relevant registration department to handle the mortgage registration procedures. (Note: This paragraph shall not apply if the collateral is not a movable asset and the principal creditor’s rights guaranteed is the financing amount for the purchase of the collateral) If there is a change in the registered items of the mortgage and it is necessary to make a change registration according to law, the Mortgagor and the Mortgagee shall go to the relevant registration department to handle the change registration within 15 days from the date of the change in the registered items. The mortgage registration fee shall be borne by the Mortgagee.
Registration of Mortgage. The Mortgager shall within 5 days as of the date of the Contract go through the procedures for registration of mortgage with relevant registration authority and submit the Mortgagee the originals of the certificate of supplementary rights and the mortgage registration certification of the guaranties and other supplementary rights certificates.
Registration of Mortgage. The Mortgager shall, within 10 days as of the date of the Contract, go through the procedures for registration of mortgage with relevant authority in accordance with pertinent provisions of the Guarantee Law. After completing the procedures for registration, the Mortgager shall submit the copy of relevant documents on registration to the Mortgagee. If there are machine and equipments in the guaranties which have not been installed completely, the Mortgager shall, within 10 days after completion of installation of such machine or equipments, go through the procedures for registration of mortgage with relevant authority.
