Regular and Systematic Casuals. (A) Casual Employees who have 3 or more years’ service at the date that the first and second transfer incentive payment falls due are deemed to be regular and systematic casuals for the purposes of eligibility for the transfer payment. These Employees will receive a pro-rata amount of the first transfer incentive payment of $7,500 and the second transfer payment of $7,500 based on their actual hours worked in the preceding 12-month period from the date when the payment falls due.
(B) Casual Employees who have less than 3 years’ service at the date of the first and second transfer incentive payment falls due are, for the purposes of eligibility for the transfer payment, deemed to be regular and systematic casuals if they have worked at least 1 shift in each of 13 weeks over the preceding 52 weeks. These Employees will be entitled to 50% of the first and second transfer incentive payments (a maximum of $3,750 for the first transfer incentive payment and $3,750 for the second transfer incentive payment). These Employees will receive a pro-rata amount of the first transfer incentive payment of $3,750 and the second transfer incentive payment of $3,750 based on their actual hours worked in the preceding 12-month period from the date when the payment falls due.
