Regular Appointments. The duty year for faculty members with regular appointments shall consist of one hundred sixty-eight (168) duty days within the academic year. Resident faculty members at Metropolitan State University, the Association, and the President/designee may mutually agree to alternative duty day calendars of 168 duty days during an academic year.
