  • Lower Class Bump the least senior employee in a lower class (or class option) in which the employee previously served (or another class option within that class for which the employee is determined to be qualified by the Employer) more than thirty-five (35) miles of the employee's current work location (employee must be position-qualified if Unit 6).

  • Regular Full Time employee - Regular full-time employee shall mean an employee employed to meet ongoing operational requirements on a year-round basis and is scheduled to work the full-time hours contained in Article 18. Regular full-time employees who are laid off shall retain their regular full-time status with the Company while on layoff.

  • Classes The officers of the Company shall be a President, a Secretary, a Treasurer, and, if deemed necessary, expedient, or desirable by the Board of Managers, an Executive Vice President, one or more Senior Vice Presidents, one or more other Vice Presidents, one or more Assistant Treasurers, one or more Assistant Secretaries, and such other officers as may be elected or appointed in accordance with the provisions of this article.   • Return to Former Class An employee who is returned to a former class following promotion, transfer, or demotion due to layoff, shall receive that step of the range which he or she would have received had he or she never left the former class.

Each Class of REMIC I Regular Interests and the Class R-1 Residual Interest shall be entitled to receive the amounts allocated to such Class pursuant to the definition of "REMIC I Distribution Amount" only to the extent of the REMIC I Available Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date remaining after distributions in accordance with prior clauses of the definition of "REMIC I Distribution Amount," each Class of REMIC II Regular Interests and the Class R-2 Residual Interest shall be entitled to receive the amounts allocated to such Class pursuant to the definition of "REMIC II Distribution Amount" only to the extent of the REMIC II Available Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date remaining after distributions in accordance with prior clauses of the definition of "REMIC II Distribution Amount" and each Class of REMIC III Regular Interests and the Class R-3 Residual Interest shall be entitled to receive the amounts allocated to such Class pursuant to the definition of "REMIC III Distribution Amount" only to the extent of the REMIC III Available Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date remaining after distributions in accordance with prior clauses of the definition of "REMIC III Distribution Amount."

  • Reductions in Class Principal Balances of the Notes On each Payment Date on or prior to the Termination Date, the Class Principal Balance of each Class of Original Notes will be reduced (in each case without regard to any exchanges of Exchangeable Notes for MAC Notes), without any corresponding payment of principal, by the amount of the reduction, if any, in the Class Notional Amount of the Corresponding Class of Reference Tranche due to the allocation of Tranche Write-down Amounts to such Class of Reference Tranche on such Payment Date pursuant to Section 3.03(b) above. If on the Maturity Date or any Payment Date a Class of MAC Notes is outstanding, all Tranche Write-down Amounts that are allocable to Exchangeable Notes that were exchanged for such MAC Notes will be allocated to reduce the Class Principal Balances or Notional Principal Amounts, as applicable, of such MAC Notes in accordance with the exchange proportions applicable to the related Combination.

  • Corresponding Class of Reference Tranches With respect to (i) the Class M-1 Notes, the Class M-1 Reference Tranche, (ii) the Class M-2 Notes, the Class M-2 Reference Tranche, (iii) the Class M-3A Notes, the Class M-3A Reference Tranche, (iv) the Class M-3B Notes, the Class M-3B Reference Tranche and (v) the Class B Notes, the Class B Reference Tranche.

  • Regular Hours The regular hours of work each day shall be consecutive except that they may be interrupted by a lunch period.

  • REGULAR WORK YEAR 1. The annual salary established for employees covered by this Collective Agreement shall be payable in respect of the employees’ regular work year. The regular work year shall be the regular school year as established by the Board and shall not exceed one hundred and ninety-five (195) days in session per school year.
