Regular Deliveries. Pickups (in City of Austin): Records requested will be delivered typically within one business day or customer can schedule one trip per week. Fee is assessed each way for each stop (individual, department, floor, building, etc.).
Regular Deliveries a. An automatic service gratuity fee is added to each Guest check. 100% of the first sixteen and one-half percent (16.5%) of the automatic service gratuity fee belongs to the employees. Effective January 31, 2020, the employee portion of the automatic service gratuity will increase to seventeen (17%) percent. Effective January 31, 2021, the employee portion of the automatic service gratuity will increase to seventeen and one half percent (17.50%).
