REGULAR FULL-TIME EMPLOYEE A. regular full-time employee is an employee who has been in the employ of the Employer full-time for a period of over thirty (30) calendar days and normally works a regular continuing schedule of seven and one-half (7 ½) hours per day and thirty-seven and one-half (37 ½) hours per week, and shall be entitled to full benefits under the terms of this Agreement.
