Regular Full-Time Employees and Temporary Full. Time Employees who stand by for a call to work at any other time (that is, during public holidays and week- ends) shall be paid one (1) hour's pay at the employee's classified rate of pay for each period of six (6) hours that the employee stands by in addition to any callout pay as entitled under Article 4.10.
