Regular Full-Time Employees and Temporary Full. Time Employees whose duties normally require work on public holidays: (i) and who are scheduled to work and do work on any public holiday, shall be paid a public holiday premium of two times (2X) the employee’s normal rate of pay for the hours worked on the holiday plus be entitled to an additional day off with pay in lieu of the holiday; (ii) but who are not scheduled to work on the public holiday, shall be entitled to an additional day off with pay in lieu of the holiday or pay for the day.
