Common use of Regular Full Clause in Contracts

Regular Full. Time Employees and Temporary Full-Time Employees shall be paid for the performance of overtime work scheduled by the City under paragraph a) herein at the following overtime rates: i. time and one-half the standard rate of pay for the first two (2) hours of overtime worked immediately preceding or immediately following an employee's regular shift on any regular working day of the employee; ii. double the standard rate of pay for all overtime in excess of the first two (2) hours thereof worked immediately preceding or immediately following an employee's regular shift on any regular working day of the employee; iii. double the standard rate of pay for all overtime worked at any other time than immediately preceding or immediately following an employee's regular shift on any regular working day of the employee. Employees shall be paid a minimum of one and one-half (1½) hours at double time for overtime worked pursuant to this paragraph b) iii.

Regular Full. Time Employees and Temporary Full-Time Employees shall be paid for the performance of overtime work scheduled by the City Employer under paragraph clause (a) herein at the following overtime rates: i. (i) time and one-half the standard employee's normal rate of pay for the first two (2) hours of overtime worked immediately preceding or immediately following an employee's regular shift on any regular working day of shift; (ii) double the employee; ii. double the standard 's normal rate of pay for all overtime in excess of the first two (2) hours thereof worked immediately preceding or immediately following an employee's regular shift on any regular working day of shift; (iii) double the employee; iii. double the standard 's normal rate of pay for all overtime worked at any other time than immediately preceding at the times set forth in items (i) or immediately following an employee's regular shift on any regular working day (ii) of the employeethis Clause 7.4(b). Employees shall be paid a minimum of one and one-half (1½) hours at double time for overtime worked pursuant to this paragraph b) iii(b)(iii).
