Status of Employee. An Employee shall retain regular status while participating in these Plans. An Employee on an exchange or secondment to a position outside of the bargaining unit shall retain an Employee’s employment status and membership in the bargaining unit during the period of the exchange or secondment.
Status of Employee. The parties expressly acknowledge that Employee, in the performance of services hereunder, is an employee of Employer. Accordingly, Employer shall deduct from all compensation paid to Employee pursuant to this Agreement any sums required by law or any other requirement of any governmental body.

Employee shall have no rights as a stockholder (including, without limitation, any voting rights or rights to receive dividends with respect to the Shares subject to the Award) with respect to either the Award granted hereunder or the Shares underlying the Award, unless and until such Shares are issued in respect of Vested Units, and then only to the extent of such issued Shares.
Status of Employee. The position required to complete the full-time assignment pursuant to clause 16.16 shall not be subject to the limits specified in clause 14.2 (e) (i) (2).
Status of Employee. Neither the Plan nor the Award shall confer upon the Employee any right to continue as an employee of the Company or any of its Affiliates, nor to interfere in any way with the right of the Company to terminate the employment or directorship of the Employee at any time.

The Employee shall not be deemed for any purposes to be a shareowner of the Company with respect to any of the Performance Shares except to the extent that the Company has delivered Shares pursuant to Section 3 hereof. Therefore, the Employee will not have the right of shareowners to vote or, subject to Section 8, to receive dividends or distributions of any kind prior to the Company delivering Shares pursuant to Section 3 hereof. Neither the Plan nor the Performance Shares shall confer upon the Employee any right to continue as an employee of the Company or any of its Affiliates, nor to interfere in any way with the right of the Company to terminate the employment or directorship of the Employee at any time.
Status of Employee. The employee’s status and entitlement to benefits shall be determined in accordance with Articles 2, 14.03 (f) and 21.
Status of Employee. In the case of a probationary employee, the period of such absence shall not be counted as part of the service required as a condition precedent to the attainment of a permanent status.
