Regular Maintenance Windows for AX4 and Supply Chain Suite. For AX4 and Supply Chain Suite, Siemens will notify Customer at least 3 days before any Regular Maintenance Windows, which will usually occur no more than once per month and only on Saturdays. For these products, Regular Maintenance Windows will cause Cloud Services to be unavailable for no more than 4 hours (typically between 8 PM and 11:59 PM CET or between 8 PM and 11:59 PM in the time zone where the server is located).
