Common use of Regular Part-Time Nurse Clause in Contracts

Regular Part-Time Nurse. A part-time nurse is regularly scheduled to work a 31 minimum of twenty (20) hours each week but less than the hours required to 32 attain “regular full-time” status. This does not include per diem nurses (who are 33 excluded from the bargaining unit).

Regular Part-Time Nurse. A part-time nurse who is regularly scheduled to work a 31 minimum of twenty less than forty (2040) hours each per week but less than or eighty (80) hours in a fourteen (14) day period and who has successfully completed the hours required to 32 attain “regular probationary period. Unless otherwise provided herein, a part-time nurse shall be compensated in the same manner as a full-time” status. This does not include per diem nurses (who are 33 excluded from time nurse except that wages andbenefits shall be prorated in proportion to the bargaining unit)employee's actual hours worked.

Regular Part-Time Nurse. This does not include per diem nurses (who are 33 excluded from the bargaining unit)a pay period.

Regular Part-Time Nurse.
