Regular Payroll Schedules. ExED will provide the Client a payroll schedule for the calendar year which includes accrual period and deadlines for ExED to receive from the Client the following information: new hire documentation, personnel change forms and payroll time data for each respective pay period. The Client is responsible to submit all information by the deadlines established per Client’s payroll schedule. If a client does not submit payroll information by the deadline or submits incomplete information and has to submit additional information after the payroll deadline, the Client will be charged a late fee of $125.00 per payroll period.

Regular Payroll Schedules. ExED will provide the School a payroll schedule for the calendar year which includes accrual period and deadlines for ExED to receive from the School the following information: new hire documentation, personnel change forms and payroll time data for each respective pay period. The School is responsible to submit all information by the deadlines established per the School’s payroll schedule. Payroll information received late will be deferred to the next regular payroll cycle.

  • Regular Work Schedules The regular work schedule for overtime-eligible employees will not be more than forty (40) hours in a workweek, with two (2) consecutive calendar days off and starting and ending times as determined by the requirements of the position and the Employer. The Employer may adjust the regular work schedule with prior notice to the employee.

  • Salary Schedules (a) The salary schedules shall be incorporated into this Agreement as Appendix V.

  • Regular Part-Time A regular part-time employee is someone who has a regular schedule of work providing less than seventy (70) hours bi-weekly.

  • Shift Schedules 1501 Shift schedules for a minimum of a four (4) week period shall be posted at least two (2) weeks in advance of the beginning of the scheduled period. Shifts within the minimum four (4) week period shall not be altered after posting except by mutual agreement between the nurse(s) concerned and the Employer. Requests for specific days off duty shall be submitted in writing at least two (2) weeks prior to posting and granted, if possible in the judgment of the Employer. 1502 Requests for interchanges in posted shifts or a portion thereof shall also be submitted in writing, co-signed by the nurse willing to exchange shifts with the applicant. Where reasonably possible, interchanges in posted shifts are to be completed within the posted shift schedule. It is understood that any change in shifts or days off initiated by the nurses and approved by the Employer shall not result in overtime costs to the Employer. 1503 Night shift shall be considered as the first shift of each calendar day. 1504 Master rotations for each nursing unit shall be planned by the Employer in meaningful consultation with the nurse(s) concerned. The process for meaningful consultation shall include:  Employer proposes a master rotation including the Employer established criteria and provides to Nurses concerned  Nurses are provided reasonable time to submit feedback and/or an alternate master rotation for consideration.  The amended or new master rotation is provided to Nurses for review. Nurses are provided with a reasonable time to submit feedback.  At each step of the consultation process the Union will be provided with the new or revised master rotation to ensure contract compliance.  Employer has the sole discretion to select the new master rotation and provides rationale for the selection. Master Rotations shall, unless otherwise mutually agreed between the nurse(s) concerned and the Employer, observe the conditions listed hereinafter:

  • REGULAR WORK YEAR 1. The annual salary established for employees covered by this Agreement shall be payable in respect of the teachers' regular work year which shall not exceed the number of days as prescribed by the Standard School Calendar.

  • Status of Salary Schedule The salary schedules are not to be construed as part of a teacher’s continuing contract. In the event a successor Agreement is not entered into prior to the expiration date of this Agreement, a teacher shall be compensated according to the previous year’s compensation until such time that a successor Agreement is executed.

  • Regular Work Week The regular work week shall be any five (5) consecutive days, Sunday through Saturday, for a total regular work week of forty (40) working hours, subject to the applicable premiums where provided for in this Agreement. Notwithstanding the above, employees may volunteer to work schedules that fall outside of the regular work week of Sunday through Saturday and may do so, upon approval by the Company, and with no penalty cost to the Company, but with applicable premiums as provided for in this Agreement.

  • Regular Part-Time Employees A regular part-time employee is one who works less than full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular part-time employees accumulate seniority on an hourly basis and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement. Regular part-time employees shall receive the same perquisites, on a proportionate basis, as granted regular full-time employees.

  • Regular Work Day Unless agreed upon by the City and the Association as set forth below under the heading “Alternate Work Schedule”, a regular workday is a tour of duty of eight (8) hours of work completed within not more than twenty-four
