Rehabilitation Phase. Start and Duration The Rehabilitation Phase shall begin on the date of execution of this Agreement and shall have the duration as set forth in Annex II. At the end of the Rehabilitation Stage, the Concessionaire shall return to ANP the entire Concession Area or Inform the Commercial Feasibility of the Area with Marginal Accumulation.

The first Annual Work and Budget Program shall cover the remainder of the current year and shall be submitted by the Concessionaire within sixty (60) days of the date of execution of this Agreement. If there is less than ninety (90) days to the end of the current year, the first Annual Work and Budget Program shall also contemplate the subsequent year separately. The activities of the former Annual Work and Budget Program committed in the Initial Work Program shall be mandatorily included. The procedures and deadlines regarding the approval of the Annual Work and Budget Program set forth in paragraph 9.3 apply. At the end of the Rehabilitation Stage, the Concessionaire shall return to ANP the entire Concession Area or Inform the Commercial Feasibility of the Area with Marginal Accumulation.

  • Rehabilitative Employment (a) During a period of total disability under this plan, a disabled employee may engage in rehabilitative employment in which case the benefit from this plan will be reduced by 50% of the employee's rehabilitative employment income that exceeds $50 per month. The benefit from this plan will be further reduced by the amount that remuneration from rehabilitative employment plus the benefit from the L.T.D. plan exceeds 75% of the employee's basic wage at date of disability.

  • Conservation Operations hereunder and production of unitized substances shall be conducted to provide for the most economical and efficient recovery of said substances without waste, as defined by or pursuant to State or Federal law or regulation.
