Rehabilitation, Return to Work and Accommodation. 38:01 33:01 The Employer and the Union agree agrees to actively participate and facilitate the‌ the‌‌ rehabilitation and return to work of ill, injured or disabled employees. The Union shall be notified and involved if there is a request for a Rehabilitation and Return to Work Program for employees. The Employer and the Union shall review the provisions of the program and ensure that the work designated is within her/his restrictions and limitations.
