Common use of Reimbursement for Medical Examinations Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement for Medical Examinations. Any employee (except new hires) who is required by the Employer to take a medical exam will be reimbursed for the actual cost of the exam which is not covered by insurance. The exam must be performed by a doctor of medicine or a doctor of osteopathy approved by the Employer.
