Reimbursement For Members Attending Annual Seminar. The Employer agrees, on an annual basis, to reimburse one hundred percent (100%) of regular earnings lost by up to four (4) Union Committee Members for attending the annual seminar sponsored by the Union for instruction and upgrading on health and safety matters.
