Reimbursement for Property Loss. Should Employees, during the course of their duties, suffer damage to clothing or personal effects, including a motor vehicle, which are necessary to do their job, the Agency shall reimburse the reasonable cost, at actual market or depreciated value, of repair or replacement of such items. This Section shall not apply to wear and tear and damage to personal effects normally associated with the work being performed. Where damages result in whole or in part from an Employee's own negligence, the Agency shall not reimburse the Employee for a proportion of the damages that is equivalent to the Employee’s proportion of fault.
