Reimbursement for Property Loss. Upon providing the Employer with an itemized list, including replacement costs, each Deck Officer shall be reimbursed, at replacement cost, for the loss of all personal effects, equipment or instruments resulting from shipwreck, sinking, stranding, burning, or collision of the vessel, in an amount not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000.00).
