Reimbursement for Tank Cleaning. If any Dedicated Tanks are removed from service or cleaning of any tanks is performed by TLO at the specific request of Customer, Customer shall bear (or reimburse TLO) for all costs to clean, degas or otherwise prepare the tank(s) including, without limitation, the cost of removal, processing, transportation, disposal, of all waste and the cost of any taxes or charges TLO may be required to pay in regard to such waste. For any tanks that are dedicated to Customer for segregated storage of Customer’s Products as set forth in any Terminal Service Order, Customer agrees to reimburse TLO for the reasonable cost of changes necessary to return the dedicated storage tanks to TLO on termination of their dedication for segregated storage under this Agreement, in the same condition as originally received less normal wear and tear, unless otherwise mutually agreed by the Parties.

For any tanks that are dedicated to Customer for segregated storage of Customer’s Asphalt as set forth in any Terminal Service Order, Customer agrees to reimburse Provider for the reasonable cost of changes necessary to return the dedicated storage tanks to Provider on termination of their dedication for segregated storage under this Agreement, in substantially the same condition as originally received less normal wear and tear, unless otherwise mutually agreed by the Parties.

  • Reimbursement for Business Expenses During the period that Executive is employed with the Company hereunder, the Company shall reimburse Executive for all reasonable, necessary and documented expenses incurred by Executive in performing Executive’s duties for the Company, on the same basis as similarly situated employees generally and in accordance with the Company’s policies as in effect from time to time; and

  • Reimbursement of Business Expenses Executive is authorized to incur ordinary, necessary, and reasonable business expenses in connection with the performance of his duties, responsibilities, and authorities under this Agreement and for the promotion of the Company’s business and activities during this Agreement, including but not limited to expenses for necessary travel and entertainment and other items of expense required in the normal and routine course of Executive’s employment under this Agreement.   • Reimbursement for Additional Charges If Tenant pays or causes to be paid property taxes or similar or other Additional Charges attributable to periods after the end of the Term, whether upon expiration or sooner termination of this Agreement (other than termination by reason of an Event of Default), Tenant may, within a reasonable time after the end of the Term, provide Notice to Landlord of its estimate of such amounts. Landlord shall promptly reimburse Tenant for all payments of such taxes and other similar Additional Charges that are attributable to any period after the Term of this Agreement.

  • Identification of Workout-Delayed Reimbursement Amounts If any Advance made with respect to any Mortgage Loan on or before the date on which such Mortgage Loan becomes (or, but for the making of three monthly payments under its modified terms, would then constitute) a Corrected Mortgage Loan, together with (to the extent theretofore accrued and unpaid) Advance Interest thereon, is not pursuant to the operation of the provisions of Section 3.05(a)(I) reimbursed to the Person who made such Advance on or before the date, if any, on which such Mortgage Loan becomes a Corrected Mortgage Loan (or, but for the making of three monthly payments under its modified terms, would constitute a Mortgage Loan that is a Corrected Mortgage Loan), such Advance, together with such Advance Interest, shall constitute a “Workout-Delayed Reimbursement Amount” to the extent that such amount has not been determined to constitute a Nonrecoverable Advance. All references herein to “Workout-Delayed Reimbursement Amount” shall be construed always to mean the related Advance and (to the extent theretofore accrued and unpaid) any Advance Interest thereon, together with (to the extent it remains unpaid) any further Advance Interest that accrues on the unreimbursed portion of such Advance from time to time in accordance with the other provisions of this Agreement. That any amount constitutes all or a portion of any Workout-Delayed Reimbursement Amount shall not in any manner limit the right of any Person hereunder to determine that such amount instead constitutes a Nonrecoverable Advance.

  • Relocation Reimbursement In the event the Company changes the principal place of business at which the Executive performs his duties to a location that is outside of a 50 mile radius of Jenkintown, Pennsylvania, the Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable relocation expenses, including but not limited to, temporary housing for the Executive and his family.

  • Excess Expenses If the expenses for any Portfolio for any fiscal year (including fees and other amounts payable to the Adviser, but excluding interest, taxes, brokerage costs, litigation, and other extraordinary costs) as calculated every business day would exceed the expense limitations imposed on investment companies by any applicable statute or regulatory authority of any jurisdiction in which shares of a Portfolio are qualified for offer and sale, the Adviser shall bear such excess cost. However, the Adviser will not bear expenses of any Portfolio which would result in the Portfolio's inability to qualify as a regulated investment company under provisions of the Internal Revenue Code. Payment of expenses by the Adviser pursuant to this Section 5 shall be settled on a monthly basis (subject to fiscal year end reconciliation) by a reduction in the fee payable to the Adviser for such month pursuant to Section 3 and, if such reduction shall be insufficient to offset such expenses, by reimbursing the Trust.

  • Disbursements, Reimbursement Immediately upon the issuance of each Letter of Credit, each Lender shall be deemed to, and hereby irrevocably and unconditionally agrees to, purchase from the Issuing Lender a participation in such Letter of Credit and each drawing thereunder in an amount equal to such Lender’s Ratable Share of the maximum amount available to be drawn under such Letter of Credit and the amount of such drawing, respectively.
