Reimbursement for Uniforms. Employees who are required by the Employer to wear a uniform will be reimbursed for such uniform(s) upon presentation of receipt as per Letter of Understanding #6.

Reimbursement for Uniforms. In the event that a patrolman voluntarily terminates employment with the Woodstock Police Department (excluding retirement in the New York State Retirement System), such officer shall reimburse the Employer for the “uniform replacement allowance” (as per 13.1.2 above) on a prorated basis for the six-month period in which the officer terminates employment. For example, if a full-time officer voluntarily terminates employment on September 5th, such officer must reimburse the Employer on a prorated basis for the $450 that the officer received in the last pay period in June of that year.
