Payment of Professional Fees. A) The Employer agrees to pay the professional fees that are due on or after October 6, 2012 as per the 2012 schedules of all employees who are required either by statute or by an agency to be a member of a professional association. Permanent Part-Time employees working 40% or greater will be eligible for full reimbursement of such fees provided the employee has not been reimbursed and is not eligible to be reimbursed from another employer. For Permanent Part-Time employees working less than 40%, reimbursement shall be prorated based on time worked provided the employee has not been reimbursed and is not eligible to be reimbursed from another employer. For partial years, reimbursement shall be prorated on the basis of time worked provided however that no payment will be made for partial years when the amount yielded is less than twenty-five dollars ($25).

Payment of Professional Fees. 19.01 Where an employee is required by the Company to maintain a professional accreditation to establish a particular level of competency, and there is a cost to do so, the Company will reimburse each such individual so required the amount of the fee upon presentation of appropriate proof of payment to his Department Head.

Payment of Professional Fees a) When the Employer requires permanent full-time staff to have membership as a pre-requisite for employment as per the job description, such fee shall be fully reimbursed up to a maximum of $750.00 per year per employee, subject to a satisfactory receipt. It is further understood that the employee must have a least one (1) years’ service with the Employer; b) In the case of permanent part-time staff, the amount reimbursed shall be 50% of the fee, up to a maximum of $375.00, subject to a satisfactory receipt. It is further understood that the employee must have a least one (1) years’ service with the Employer; c) Temporary staff will not be eligible for any reimbursement however, if he/she converts to permanent status, their service as a temporary employee will be considered in calculating the service requirement; d) Casual staff will not be eligible for any reimbursement however, if he/she converts to permanent status, their service as a casual employee will be considered in calculating the service requirement. Such calculation will be based on actual hours worked as at the time of conversion; e) If the employee resigns/terminates from the Region within three (3) months of reimbursement of their professional fees, 50% of the reimbursed amount will be required to be repaid to the Employer by the employee;
Payment of Professional Fees a) Subject to the conditions set out in 24.05 (b), the Employer agrees to pay professional fees of all employees who are required either by statute or by the Employer to be a member of a professional association. Payment will be made when the employee demonstrates attaining forty percent (40%) of normal hours of work, following the end of the calendar year or at the date of termination, whichever is earliest. c) Canadian Health Information Management Association (CHIMA) Professional fees will be paid at the current rates capped at rates at date of signing for Clinical Research Associates. It is understood that CHIMA registration will not be reimbursed where employees receive reimbursement for either the Society of Clinical Research Associates (SoCRA) or the Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP).
Payment of Professional Fees. 10.13.1 Subject to the conditions set out in Article 10.13.2, the Agency agrees to pay the professional fees of all employees who are required either by statute or by the Agency to be a member of a professional association. Payment of professional fees will only be paid for employees who maintain their membership in good standing, and who continue to meet the professional association’s education and professional development requirements. For partial years, reimbursement shall be prorated on the basis of time worked provided however that no payment will be made for partial years when the amount yielded is less than $25.00. 10.13.2 Payment of fees provided in Article 10.13.1 shall be the actual fees.
