Reimbursement of Attested Time. Settlement Class Members are also eligible to receive reimbursement for up to 4 hours of time spent remedying issues related to the Data Breach at $35 per hour by providing an attestation and a brief description of (1) the actions taken in response to the Data Breach and (2) the time associated with each action.

Reimbursement of Attested Time. Settlement Class Members are also eligible to receive reimbursement for up to a maximum of three hours of lost time (calculated at the rate of $20 per hour) spent remedying the issues related to the Data Incident, but only if a minimum of a full hour was spent. Settlement Class Members may receive reimbursement for up to three (3) hours of lost time if the Settlement Class Member attests that any claimed lost time was spent related to the Data Incident.

  • Payment of Annual Leave Upon resignation, retirement, or dismissal of any employee in the bargaining unit, he/she shall receive a sum equal to the number of days of annual leave remaining to his/her credit, provided that any or all amounts may be applied to offset any amounts owed the state by the employee. In the event of death of an employee while in the bargaining unit, a sum equal to the number of days annual leave remaining shall be paid to his/her estate.
