Reimbursement Required. A participant who is paid a stipend or bonus under this sub- section shall be subject to the repayment pro- visions of section 373 of title 37 under the fol- lowing circumstances: (A) The participant fails to meet the re- quirements necessary to become a teacher in a school described in subsection (b)(2) or to obtain employment as an elementary school teacher, secondary school teacher, or career or technical teacher as required by the par- ticipation agreement under subsection (e)(1). (B) The participant voluntarily leaves, or is terminated for cause from, employment as an elementary school teacher, secondary school teacher, or career or technical teach- er during the three years of required service in violation of the participation agreement. (C) The participant executed a written agreement with the Secretary concerned under subsection (d)(5)(B) to serve as a mem- ber of a reserve component of the armed forces for a period of three years and fails to complete the required term of service.
Reimbursement Required. When Unit employees are required by City to use their personal vehicles to perform their assigned duties for City, and they so utilize their own vehicles in traveling directly and uninterruptedly from one (1) assigned work location to another assigned work location, City shall compensate such employee as provided herein.
Reimbursement Required. The Owner agrees to fully reimburse the Commission for the Professional Costs the Commission incurs related to the Project, along with the costs incurred by the Commission in drafting this Agreement (collectively, the “Reimbursable Costs”). To that end, the Owner shall reimburse the Commission in full for such Reimbursable Costs within 30 days of receipt of any invoice from the Commission. Should the Owner fail to fully reimburse the Commission for any Reimbursable Costs as required herein, the Commission may exercise any other remedy available to it, in law or equity, to recover such costs from the Owner, including, without limitation, Minn. Stat. § 514.67.
