Common use of Reinstatement of Employee Clause in Contracts

Reinstatement of Employee. The Noblesville Common Council authorizes a Department Head, with the approval of the appropriate Merit Commission and Board of Works, to reinstate said benefits of any Firefighter who, after serving at least 365 days of full-time employment, resigns from the department, is then rehired within 1 year of separation from employment, and completes an additional 364 days of fulltime employment. All of which is subject to the aforementioned authority with completion of requirements under conditional offer of employment.
