Rejection of Application. The Directors may, in their sole and absolute discretion, reject any application in whole or in part at the cost and risk of the Subscriber. All applications for subscription will not be dealt with until all required supporting documentation have been received.
Rejection of Application. FDA reserves the right to reject a sponsor application if the sponsor is not a contracted exhibitor. The FDA also reserves the right to reject a sponsorship application if a company is incompatible with the general character and educational objectives or reflects unfavorably on the character of Florida Dental Convention of the Florida Dental Association. The enforcement of this right is at the sole and absolute discretion of FDA management.
Rejection of Application. The Developer reserves its full, unqualified and absolute right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason thereof. Application may additionally be rejected on one or more technical grounds, including but not restricted to:
4.5.1 Application made by a person who cannot apply;
4.5.2 Applications not duly signed by the sole/joint Applicants;
4.5.3 Applications deficient or incomplete in any respect or not accompanied by prescribed documents;
4.5.4 Application Money paid other than by the prescribed mode; and
4.5.5 Non-realization of cheque/demand draft/pay order or RTGS.
Rejection of Application. The County may reject an Application for any lawful reason, including, without limitation, the following: There are no fiber optic strands available for licensing by the County to the Applicant at the location(s) requested by the Applicant; The County has determined that any remaining fiber optic strands must be reserved for future use by the County; Existing physical obstacles would make the County granting access to the fiber optic strands impractical or undesirable, in the sole discretion of the County; Approval of the Application would require installation or construction by the County of facilities beyond, or in addition to, the available County fiber optic strands. Approval of the Application would be contrary to an adopted action, policy, or resolution of the Arlington County Board specifically concerning ConnectArlington; Approval of the Application would require an outage or disruption of service to an existing fiber optic strand licensee; .
Rejection of Application. The AADSM reserves the right to reject a sponsorship application. The enforcement of this right is at the sole and absolute discretion of AADSM management.
Rejection of Application. In the event that the SDA has not accepted the SDA Application by the first year anniversary following the submission of the SDA Application, as evidenced by the lack of issuance of a License to Viral Genetics upon the first year anniversary following the submission of the SDA Application, Viral Genetics may, at its option, terminate this Agreement, rendering this Agreement null and void and without further effect among the Parties except as otherwise provided in subparagraph ii) below. ii)
Rejection of Application. BOSI has the option of rejecting your application if we determine, at the sole and exclusive discretion of BOSI, that your site is unsuitable for any other reason. If your Application is rejected, you may reapply at any time. If your Application is accepted, but later deemed to be unsuitable, we may at any time, and without notice, terminate this Agreement.
Rejection of Application. The APSS reserves the right to reject a sponsorship application. The enforcement of this right is at the sole and absolute discretion of APSS management and is not subject to appeal.
Rejection of Application. The APSS reserves the right to reject an application, to cancel participation in the Events, to curtail or close participation in the Events at any time prior to or during SLEEP 2020, the 34th Annual Meeting of the Associated Professional Sleep Societies, LLC, or after. In addition, the APSS reserves the right to deny participation in the Events to organizations and companies that are direct competitors, or which do not fit within the mission of APSS. The enforcement of this right is at the sole and absolute discretion of APSS management.
Rejection of Application. The Members may reject any application for membership at its sole discretion. If an application is rejected reasons for rejection need not be given.
