Relationship ofParties. 12.1 Nothing herein shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship. No party pursuant to this Agreement has authority to enter into agreements of any kind on behalf of the other and no party shall be considered the agent of the other.

Relationship ofParties. Nothing contained herein shall be deemed or construed by County or Xxxxxx as creating the relationship of principal and agent, partners, joint venturers or any other similar such relationship between them. Neither the method of computation of fees and charges, any other provision contained herein nor any Hangar Lease 23238H Aces Aircraft Maintenance Inc 34 of 37 act of County or Lessee shall create a relationship other than that of lessor and xxxxxx.
