Relationship To Other Contracts. This Agreement shall be construed so as to give the fullest effect to its provisions, consistent with the provisions of the other contracts and documents referred to above.
Relationship To Other Contracts. 3.1 This Agreement does not supersede any provisions of the RPTO Agreement between PG&E and the ISO, nor any provisions of the SMUD IA between PG&E and SMUD. It is intended to define better the information needs for scheduling and settlements of the Parties and to accommodate SMUD operation, pursuant to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (“FERC”) order on March 27, 1998 in Docket No. EC96-19-014 et al. and the Grid Management Charge Settlement in Docket No. 00-000-000 submitted by the ISO on April 7, 1998.
Relationship To Other Contracts. 3.1 Except for the identity of the Project Participants and the volumes of Gas set forth on Exhibit B, (and, as applicable, other information specific to each individual Project Participant), this Agreement is and shall remain identical to the Participation Agreements of the other Project Participants.
Relationship To Other Contracts and articles of association The obligations of the Parties in relation to the Alex companies are primarily governed by the provisions of this Agreement. The provisions of this Agreement shall take precedence over the provisions of other contracts, the articles of association of the Alex companies and other corporate documents; in case of inconsistencies and contradictions, the provisions of this Agreement shall apply between the Parties as an obligatory (mandatory) duty that has priority.
Relationship To Other Contracts. The City and the County acknowledge that Contract Documents will be entered into by the County on behalf of the Parties with respect to the Project, and that Change Orders or other documents may be entered into by the County on behalf of the Parties, with respect to the Project. Relationship To Other Contracts. The individual BCP Electric Service Contract and this Amendment, shall be interpreted, and implemented by the Parties to fulfill and discharge the meaning and intent. The financial obligations incurred under this Amendment, including but not limited to sections 7, 13, 14 and 15 hereof, shall remain a part of the Amendment until all such obligations hereunder have been performed in full.
