Common use of Release for Incapacity or Incompetence Clause in Contracts

Release for Incapacity or Incompetence. a) Subject to clause 25.01, when an employee is released for incapacity, the amount of severance pay shall be one (1) week's pay for each complete year of continuous service with a maximum benefit of twenty- eight (28) weeks' pay;
