Release of News Information. Except as may be required by law, none of the Parties shall, without the prior written consent of the other Parties, make any news release or public announcement concerning the execution or performance of this Agreement and the Other Agreements.

Release of News Information. No news release, including photographs, public announcements, or confirmation of same, of any part of the subject matter of this Contract or any phase of any program hereunder shall be made without prior written approval of the City Manager or his or her designee.
Release of News Information. In the event the SELLER desires to issue a news release, public announcement, advertisement, or other form of publicity concerning their efforts in connection with this Agreement, then the SELLER, shall obtain the written approval of the BUYER prior to the release of said information and shall give full consideration to the role and contribution of the BUYER. Written approval shall not be unreasonably withheld by BUYER and shall be in accordance with the requirements of the Prime Contract.
Release of News Information. In the event the Subcontractor desires to issue a news release, public announcement, advertisement, or other form of publicity concerning their efforts in connection with this Subcontract, the Subcontractor shall obtain the written approval of SHSU prior to the release of said information and shall give full consideration to the role and contribution of SHSU. Written approval shall not be unreasonably withheld by SHSU and shall be in accordance with the requirements of the Prime Contract.

Contractor also must comply with DFARS 252.204-7000, Disclosure of Information, concerning contractor’s responsibilities for handling unclassified information and DFARS 252.204-7003, Control of government personnel work product.

Release of News Information. The Contractor shall not release any information (including photographs, files, public announcements, statements, denials, or confirmations) on any part of the subject matter of contract performance or any phase of any programs hereunder, without the prior written approval of the KO. 1.9.11.1. Disclosure of information regarding operations and services of the activity to persons not entitled to receive it or failure to safeguard any classified information that may come to the Contractor (or any persons under the Contractor's control) in connection with contract performance, will subject the Contractor, Contractor's agent, or employees, to criminal liability under Title 18, Section 793 and 798 of the United States Code (U.S.C.). Neither the Contractor nor the Contractor's employees shall disclose or cause to be disseminated any information concerning the operations of the activity, which could result in or increase the likelihood of the possibility of a breach of the activity's security or interrupt the continuity of its operations. 1.9.11.2. The Contractor shall direct to the KO all inquiries, comments, or complaints arising from matters observed, experienced, or learned because of or in connection with the performance of this contract, the resolution of which may require the dissemination of official information. 1.9.11.3. Inquiries received by the Contractor from non-Governmental sources for documentation regarding work performed under this contract shall be referred to the KO for evaluation under the Freedom of Information Act of 1975, Public Law 93–502, 5 U.S.C. 552. The determination of whether records will be released will remain with the KO. The Contractor shall be responsible for search and submission of records upon request by the KO.
