Release of Pricing Information. All pricing information submitted is for the exclusive use of Government representatives, and will be treated as business confidential and will not be publicly disclosed, provided that, where a request for disclosure of such cost information is submitted to the Government pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) (5 U.S.C. 552a), the Government will not disclose the offeror’s pricing information if public disclosure of such information would substantially harm the offeror in its competitive position. In order to help ensure non-disclosure, the title page of the cost proposal and other sheets of proposal data should be marked with a restrictive legend stating that the price information is proprietary.   • Pricing Information Each Fund or its designee will furnish Plan Provider on each business day that the New York Stock Exchange is open for business ("Business Day"), with (i) net asset value information as of the close of trading (currently 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time) on the New York Stock Exchange or as at such later times at which a Fund's net asset value is calculated as specified in such Fund's prospectus ("Close of Trading"), (ii) dividend and capital gains information as it becomes available, and (iii) in the case of income Funds, the daily accrual or interest rate factor (mil rate). The Funds shall use their best efforts to provide such information to Plan Provider by 6:00 p.m. Central Time on the same Business Day. Distributor or its affiliate will provide Plan Provider (a) daily confirmations of Account activity within five Business Days after each day on which a purchase or redemption of Shares is effected for the particular Account, (b) if requested by Plan Provider, quarterly statements detailing activity in each Account within fifteen Business Days after the end of each quarter, and (c) such other reports as may be reasonably requested by Plan Provider.

  • Internet Access to Contract and Pricing Information Access by Authorized Users to Contract terms and pricing information shall be made available and publically posted on the OGS website. To that end, OGS shall publically post the Contract Pricelist, including all subsequent changes in the Contract offerings (adds, deletes, price revisions), Contractor contact information, and the Contract terms and conditions, throughout the Contract term.

  • Updating information You must tell us promptly if information you have provided to us changes, including if your billing address changes or if your use of energy changes (for example, if you start running a business at the premises).

  • Seller Financial Information If requested by Buyer, Seller shall deliver to Buyer (a) within one hundred twenty (120) days following the end of each fiscal year, a copy of Seller’s annual report containing unaudited consolidated financial statements for such fiscal year (or audited consolidated financial statements for such fiscal year if otherwise available) and (b) within sixty (60) days after the end of each of its first three fiscal quarters of each fiscal year, a copy of such Party’s quarterly report containing unaudited consolidated financial statements for such fiscal quarter. In all cases the statements shall be for the most recent accounting period and shall be prepared in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles; provided, however, that should any such statements not be available on a timely basis due to a delay in preparation or certification, such delay shall not be an Event of Default so long as such Party diligently pursues the preparation, certification and delivery of the statements.

  • Buyer Financial Information If requested by Seller, Buyer shall deliver to Seller (a) within one hundred twenty (120) days after the end of each fiscal year with respect to Buyer, a copy of Buyer’s annual report containing audited consolidated financial statements for such fiscal year, if available, and (b) within sixty (60) days after the end of each of Buyer’s first three fiscal quarters of each fiscal year, a copy of Buyer’s quarterly report containing unaudited consolidated financial statements for each accounting period, if available, prepared in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Buyer shall be deemed to have satisfied such delivery requirement if the applicable report is publicly available on Buyer’s website or on the SEC XXXXX information retrieval system; provided however, that should such statements not be available on a timely basis due to a delay in preparation or certification, such delay shall not be an Event of Default, so long as such statements are provided to Seller upon their completion and filing with the SEC.

  • Documentation of Disclosures Business Associate agrees to document uses and disclosures of PHI and information related to such uses and disclosures as required for Covered Entity to respond to a request by an individual for an accounting of disclosures of PHI in accordance with 45 C.F.R. § 164.528.

  • Application and Submission Information In addition to the application and submission language discussed in PART II: Section I, you must include the following in your application:

  • IDENTIFYING INFORMATION AND PRIVACY NOTIFICATION (a) FEDERAL EMPLOYER IDENTIFICATION NUMBER and/or FEDERAL SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. As a condition to NYSERDA’s obligation to pay any invoices submitted by Contractor pursuant to this Agreement, Contractor shall provide to NYSERDA its Federal employer identification number or Federal social security number, or both such numbers when the Contractor has both such numbers. Where the Contractor does not have such number or numbers, the Contractor must give the reason or reasons why the payee does not have such number or numbers.

  • Sharing Information with Billers You authorize us to share identifying personal information about you (such as name, address, telephone number, Xxxxxx account number) with companies that you have identified as your Billers and which we have identified as offering electronic bills for purposes of matching your identity on the Service’s records and the Xxxxxx’x records to (a) activate your affirmative request for electronic bills, and/or (b) confirm your eligibility for “trial basis” electronic bills.

  • FUNDING INFORMATION A. Grantee must establish and maintain a separate cost center to capture costs incurred for carrying out the FY22 activities for each allocation within this Contract as provided below.
