Fixed Price Contract. Subject to the provisions contained in clauses 3 and 4 of these Further Terms, the Purchase Price shall be deemed to be a fixed contract price and the Vendor shall not be entitled to increase the Purchase Price as a result of any additional costs.

Fixed Price Contract. This is a fixed price contract. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this contract, or expressly agreed to by the parties, the total price paid to a Contractor must be fixed as provided in this contract. Except as provided in this contract, no special fees or expenses shall be charged directly to the Agency, including labor, materials, equipment, insurance, packing, freight, travel, parking, or any other costs incurred in producing and delivering the books.

SOA’s Representative shall be the sole liaison with Contractor for the duration of this Project and is hereby authorized to sign all work vouchers, sign change orders for additional work, approve pay requests, complete job close-out procedures in accordance with the General Conditions, and consent to, approve of, and authorize, on behalf of SOA, all other matters requiring SOA’s consent, approval, and authorization. Fixed Price Contract. (a) This is a fixed price Contract for the Services specified and stated elsewhere in the Contract.
(b) This is a definite-quantity Contract that provides for delivery of a definite quantity of specific supplies or Services during a time period that is fixed, with deliveries or performance to be scheduled at designated locations at the time each order is placed under the Contract.
(c) The Authority knows in advance how many total items it will need during the Contract period but is uncertain as to the exact time or the exact amount of its needed deliveries to any given location.
(d) The supplies or Services called for by this type of Contract must be regularly available from the supplier or available after a short lead-time.

Fixed Price Contract. A contract in which the caterer is paid at a set or fixed rate per meal for a specific period of time.
