Factor 1- Technical Capability. The Government will evaluate the Offeror’s description of its facilities, tooling and equipment with respect to successfully manufacturing, testing and handling the OB-122 Outboard Electronics (OBE) Canisters for the Wide Aperture Array (WAA) and TD-1479 Outboard Electronics (OBE) Canisters for the Large Spherical Array (LSA)at the required throughput of twenty (20) canisters per month. The Government will evaluate any anticipated throughput issues identified by the offeror and how the offeror proposes to resolve them. The Government will evaluated the existence of any single point failures in the planned manufacturing process that would result in compromised throughput or a production line shutdown. The Government will evaluate how the offeror proposes to address such compromises and the time estimates to fix the identified single point failures to resume production. The Government will evaluate how the offeror proposes to recover from such events and return to the required production throughput of twenty (20) canisters per month.
Factor 1- Technical Capability. The Government will evaluate the Offeror’s proposed design to determine its ability to achieve the performance requirements of the Critical Item Performance Specification (CIPS) and Statement of Work (SOW).
Factor 1- Technical Capability. 1. The technical capability factor and associated subfactors shall receive a combined technical and risk rating in conjunction with the strengths, weaknesses, significant weaknesses, and deficiencies in the offeror’s proposal. Technical ratings will be assessed at the subfactor level and overall factor-level rating will not be assigned. In order to be eligible for award, offerors are required to meet all aspects of the technical subfactors and receive a minimum “Green” Technical Rating and risk of unsuccessful performance is no worse than moderate.

  • Financial Capability At Closing, the Investor will have available funds necessary to consummate the Closing on the terms and conditions contemplated by this Agreement and has the ability to bear the economic risks of its prospective investment in the Purchased Shares and can afford the complete loss of such investment.

  • Compatibility 1. Any unresolved issue arising from a mutual agreement procedure case otherwise within the scope of the arbitration process provided for in this Article and Articles 25A to 25G shall not be submitted to arbitration if the issue falls within the scope of a case with respect to which an arbitration panel or similar body has previously been set up in accordance with a bilateral or multilateral convention that provides for mandatory binding arbitration of unresolved issues arising from a mutual agreement procedure case.

  • PARENTAL CONTROL CAPABILITY (a) Upon request, and at no separate, additional charge, the Licensee shall provide Subscribers with the capability to control the reception of any channel on the Cable Communications System.

  • Local Circuit Switching Capability, including Tandem Switching Capability 4.2.1 Local circuit switching capability is defined as: (A) line-side facilities, which include, but are not limited to, the connection between a loop termination at a main distribution frame and a switch line card; (B) trunk-side facilities, which include, but are not limited to, the connection between trunk termination at a trunk-side cross-connect panel and a switch trunk card; (C) switching provided by remote switching modules; and (D) all features, functions, and capabilities of the switch, which include, but are not limited to: (1) the basic switching function of connecting lines to lines, line to trunks, trunks to lines, and trunks to trunks, as well as the same basic capabilities made available to BellSouth’s customers, such as a telephone number, white page listings, and dial tone; and (2) all other features that the switch is capable of providing, including but not limited to customer calling, customer local area signaling service features, and Centrex, as well as any technically feasible customized routing functions provided by the switch. Any features that are not currently available but are technically feasible through the switch can be requested through the BFR/NBR process.

  • Research, Science and Technology Cooperation 1. The aims of cooperation in research, science and technology, carried out in the mutual interest of the Parties and in compliance with their policies, will be: (a) to build on existing agreements already in place for cooperation on research, science and technology; (b) to encourage, where appropriate, government agencies, research institutions, universities, private companies and other research organizations in the Parties to conclude direct arrangements in support of cooperative activities, programs or projects within the framework of this Agreement, specially related to trade and commerce; and (c) to focus cooperative activities towards sectors where mutual and complementary interests exist, with special emphasis on information and communication technologies and software development to facilitate trade between the Parties. 2. The Parties will encourage and facilitate, as appropriate, the following activities including, but not limited to:

  • Antivirus software All workstations, laptops and other systems that process and/or store PHI COUNTY discloses to CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY must have installed and actively use comprehensive anti-virus software solution with automatic updates scheduled at least daily.

  • Packet Switching Capability 4.5.1 The packet switching capability network element is defined as the function of routing or forwarding packets, frames, cells or other data units based on address or other routing information contained in the packets, frames, cells or other data units.

  • Technology Access A. Contractor expressly acknowledges that state funds may not be expended in connection with the purchase of an automated information system unless that system meets certain statutory requirements relating to accessibility by persons with visual impairments. Accordingly, Contractor represents and warrants to System Agency that the technology provided to System Agency for purchase (if applicable under this Contract or any related Solicitation) is capable, either by virtue of features included within the technology or because it is readily adaptable by use with other technology, of:

  • Supplier Diversity Seller shall comply with Xxxxx’s Supplier Diversity Program in accordance with Appendix V.
