RELEASE TIME FOR BARGAINING. When negotiations are conducted during regular working hours, release time shall be provided to the Association’s negotiating team members. Release time should include a reasonable amount of time for travel to negotiation site and negotiations, but is not to include preparation time for the Association negotiating team.
