Release Time for Official Hearings and Investigations. Members of the Association who are required to appear as witnesses and petitioners for officially called hearings and investigations pertaining to negotiations, grievance processing, and/or any official business arising under the Xxxxxx Law shall be permitted release time with full compensation.
