Cafeteria Employees. A list of stewards and Union officers shall be submitted to the Superintendent of Schools by September 30 of each year and within thirty (30) days after any changes have been made.
Cafeteria Employees. The regular work week and hours for cafeteria Employees may be less than the standard work week and work day. Hours of employment for such Employees shall be those necessary for the adequate performance of the school lunch program. Head cooks, second cooks and helpers who are assigned to work three and one-half (3-1/2) or more hours per day will be allowed to work on two (2) teacher in-service days each school year. Management and Union agree that the present rotation system is to continue and agree to bidding procedures under seniority and qualifications for the cafeteria helpers, cashiers, bakers, ala carte, serving lines and dishwasher. Extra time hours and special event hours will be kept on two (2) separate lists. The purpose for maintaining two lists is to give all cafeteria Employees equal opportunity to work extra time provided his/her hours do not conflict with regular scheduled job. Refusal will be charged to the Employee.

Cafeteria Employees. It is agreed that a formula of pro-rated longevity payments will be provided to all part-time cafeteria employees.
Cafeteria Employees. All cafeteria employees employed by the Company at the INL Site near Arco, Idaho, including part-time cafeteria employees (National Labor Relations Board, Case No. 19-RC- 3620)
Cafeteria Employees. Meals will be provided at no charge to all cafeteria employees working four (4) or more hours.
Cafeteria Employees. Per the job descriptions adopted by the Board for cafeteria employees, cafeteria employees are required to perform cleaning functions within the confines of the cafeteria.
Cafeteria Employees. 1. Employees whose regular assignment is five (5) hours a day or greater (and have been paid for a minimum of 900 hours) will receive an annual vacation pay according to the schedule in Paragraph 5.
2. Employees whose regular assignment is equal to or greater than three (3) hours a day but less than five (5) hours a day (and have been paid for a minimum of 540 hours) will receive an annual vacation with pay at one-half (1/2) the days shown in Paragraph 5.
3. Employees whose regular assignment is less than three (3) hours a day shall not receive any vacation or vacation pay.
4. Employees whose employment commences on January 1 or later will not be entitled to vacation until the following year.
5. At the completion of two (2) years of employment, vacation shall be increased with pay annually for each additional year of service through the twentieth (20th) year in accordance with the following schedule for cafeteria employees:
Cafeteria Employees. Cafeteria employees are required to report all absences and returns to work to the central call-off system or log in online by 5:30 A.M. if the job needs to be covered before 7:30 A.M.; and by 6:00 A.M. for all other cafeteria staff.
Cafeteria Employees. The Department of Education shall provide its cafeteria Employees with aprons; provided that the department may assign the Employees to sew the aprons on work hours in the summer months while school is not in session.
