Release Time for Pre-Retirement Planning Seminars. 374. Subject to development, availability and scheduling by SFERS and PERS, employees shall be allowed not more than one (1) day during the life of this MOU to attend a pre- retirement planning seminar sponsored by SFERS or PERS.
