Authorised Persons If § 3.4 (Authorised Persons) is specified as applying to a Party in the Election Sheet, Individual Contracts may be negotiated, confirmed and signed on behalf of that Party exclusively by those persons listed by it for such purposes as may be specified in an Annex to this General Agreement. Each Party may unilaterally amend and supplement in writing the list of persons currently authorised to act on its behalf at any time. Such amendments and supplements shall become effective upon their receipt by the other Party.
Authorised Representatives Each of the Parties shall by notice in writing designate their respective authorised representatives through whom only all communications shall be made. A Party hereto shall be entitled to remove and/or substitute or make fresh appointment of such authorised representative by similar notice.
Authorised Representative The Issuer will notify the Dealers immediately in writing if any of the persons named in the list referred to in paragraph 3 of Part 1 of the Initial Documentation List ceases to be authorised to take action on its behalf or if any additional person becomes so authorised together, in the case of an additional authorised person, with evidence satisfactory to the Dealers that such person has been so authorised.
Unauthorised Transactions As between you and Stripe, you are responsible for Card Transactions, and fees and penalties Stripe incurs resulting from any Card Authorised User’s failure to (a) exercise reasonable care in safeguarding Cards from loss or theft; or (b) promptly report loss or theft, including fraud. Additionally, to the extent Law permits, if you or a Card Authorised User allows another party to use the Card or Card Account Data for any purpose or if an unauthorised person uses a Card or Card Account Data, you will be liable for that use, including all losses, damages and costs arising out of or relating to that use. To the extent Law permits, Stripe is not liable for any losses, damages or costs to you or your Card Authorised Users arising out of or relating to (y) unauthorised access to or use of a Card or your Stripe Issuing Account; or (z) your failure to use or implement anti-fraud measures, security controls or any other data security measures.
Authorised Users individuals who are authorised by the Institution to access the Institution's information services whether on-site or off-site via Secure Authentication and who are affiliated to the Institution as a current student (including but not limited to undergraduates, postgraduates and guest students), member of staff (whether on a permanent or temporary basis including retired members of staff and any teacher who teaches Authorised Users) or contractor or registered user of the Institution. Body Armor In recognition of the need to enhance the personal safety of security personnel at DHMH and Correctional Facilities, the parties agree that non-probationary security personnel who have contact with forensic patients and/or inmates should generally have the opportunity to have individually fitted stab proof vests and, in addition, individually fitted bullet proof vests will be provided to officers on an “as-needed” basis. The sharing of vests shall not be considered an acceptable practice and vests may transferred from employee to employee only if such vests are a proper fit and are appropriately sanitized in accordance with practices necessary to eliminate the risk of the spread of MRSA and other communicable diseases. The parties agree to meet and agree to policies, including any limitations or exclusions, for the provision of stab proof vests to correctional officers and security attendants by January 31, 2008. Supervisory Authority The parties recognize the supervisor’s authority to approve or deny paid or unpaid time off based upon the operational needs of the department. Time off will be granted in a manner that minimizes operational hardship.

Business Representative You and your Representative individually affirm to Stripe that (a) your Representative is authorised to provide User Information on your behalf and to bind you to this Agreement; and (b) your Representative is an executive officer, director, senior manager or otherwise has significant responsibility for the control, management or direction of your business. Stripe may require you or your Representative to provide additional information or documentation demonstrating your Representative’s authority.
Authority to act on behalf of Concessionaire 36.2.1 During the period of Suspension, the Authority shall, on behalf of the Concessionaire, collect all Fee and revenues under and in accordance with this Agreement and deposit the same in the Escrow Account. The Authority shall be entitled to make withdrawals from the Escrow Account for meeting the costs incurred by it for remedying and rectifying the cause of Suspension, and thereafter for defraying the expenses specified in Clause 31.3.
