Relevant Training. The Employer recognizes the need to provide relevant training for each new employee and on-the-job training.
Relevant Training. For Medicaid eligible services, related service providers or center based personnel are considered a “relevant employee” and are required to participate in the on-line training. ●Failure to provide proof to the MUNICIPALITY that a “relevant employee” received the necessary on-line training will result in a denial of payment by the MUNICIPALITY of any amounts otherwise due under this agreement.
