Bargaining Unit Defined The bargaining unit shall comprise all employees included in the certification issued by the Labour Relations Board except those excluded by mutual agreement of the Parties or by the Labour Relations Code.
Bargaining Unit Definition The bargaining unit shall include full-time and part-time instructors (as described in the certification statement of BCGEU Local 701 Camosun College) employed by the College to teach vocational, technical and trades training programs or courses.
Immediate Family Defined For the purpose of this Section, "Immediate Family" is defined as the employee's spouse, domestic partner, child, stepchild, grandchild, parent/step-parent, brother, sister, grandparent or spouse's, child, stepchild, grandchild, parent/step-parent, brother, sister or grandparent.
Unit Description Section 1.0 Pursuant to and in accordance with all applicable provisions of Act 379 of the Public Acts of 1965, as amended, the Employer does hereby recognize the Union as the exclusive representative for the purpose of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment for the term of this Agreement of the employees of the Employer included in the bargaining unit described below:
Seniority Defined Seniority is defined as the total length of service in the bargaining unit as an employee, regardless of occupational change. Seniority shall be used as one of the factors in determining preference or priority for promotion, transfers, demotions, terminations and layoff caused by force reductions and recall. Seniority shall operate on a bargaining unit wide basis.

Project Definition The known characteristics of the Project and sub-projects shall be described in general terms which will provide the participants a basic understanding of the Project and sub- projects.
Recognition and Unit Description 1.1. The Employer recognizes the Association, which shall serve as exclusive Representative of all classified employees in the bargaining unit. The Association recognizes the responsibility of representing the interest of all employees in the unit without discrimination for the purpose as set forth in this Agreement.
Partnership Agreement Units issued upon payment of the Phantom Units shall be subject to the terms of the Plan and the Partnership Agreement. Upon the issuance of Units to the Participant, the Participant shall, automatically and without further action on his or her part, (i) be admitted to the Partnership as a Limited Partner (as defined in the Partnership Agreement) with respect to the Units, and (ii) become bound, and be deemed to have agreed to be bound, by the terms of the Partnership Agreement.
Seniority Definition Seniority is the Layoff Service Date which is the date the employee began state service (except as a temporary appointee) as adjusted for break(s)-in-service. (See Letter of Agreement 70.00-09-179 in Appendix A).
