DAYS PER MONTH. This contract is let on the understanding that the Business Development Manager will work up an expected minimum of 12 Days per working month. Note that total days required will be agreed in advance by Xxxx Xxxxxxxx and may vary during the period of the Contract. This will be for a period of the total period of the Contract (3 months)
DAYS PER MONTH. Anniversary is defined as the successful completion of each level of trades school. All apprentices are required to sign off on the apprenticeship agreement that was mutually agreed upon by the Employer and the Union. Those in apprentice positions that have not previously held a position within the bargaining unit shall not accumulate seniority. Employees of the bargaining unit who post into an apprentice position shall maintain and continue to accumulate their seniority. Upon successful completion of an apprenticeship employees are not entitled to a Journeyman position and will need to post into one. In the event that there is no vacant Journeyman position the following will occur: • If the apprentice has only ever held an apprentice position, the apprentice will be considered terminated • If the apprentice held a position within the bargaining unit before taking the apprentice position the apprentice will return to their previous position.
