Common use of RELIEVING RATES/TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENTS Clause in Contracts

RELIEVING RATES/TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENTS. 11.01 Any employee who is temporarily assigned to work in a higher paying classification for one (1) hour or more shall receive the higher rate of pay for all time so employed.

RELIEVING RATES/TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENTS. 11.01 12.01 Any employee who is temporarily assigned to work in a higher paying classification for one at least four (14) hour or more hours shall receive the higher rate of pay for all time so employedworked at the higher paying classification.
