Person In Charge (PIC). When an employee has been designated as a Person in Charge (PIC) in the event there is no Manager on duty, the employee will receive a premium of sixty-five (65¢) cents per hour for all hours.

Person In Charge (PIC). When the Store Manager, First Assistant Store Manager and Second Assistant Store Manager have left the store for the day, one (1) employee will be designated as a Person in Charge (PIC). The employee will receive a premium of eighty- five (85¢) cents, effective Sunday, April 3, 2022, per hour for all hours worked after the Manager(s) has/have left the store for the day.
Person In Charge (PIC). The Employer acknowledges the need, in the absence of a supervisor, to designate an employee who will function as the PIC. Employees designated as PIC will organize staff, monitor and adjust workload, maintain schedules, address patron concerns and safety issues, and provide direction in the case of an emergency. In the absence of supervisory or managerial staff, Employees who have been certified as PIC may be assigned by the Employer to fill this role per the terms of this article.
