Relocation and Redeployment. 12.10.1 The circumstances of a relocation or consolidation of worksites will vary depending on the distance to be moved, the number of employees to be relocated or whether it is a consolidation of sites. 12.10.2 In the event of a relocation or consolidation of worksites covered by this agreement the following principles shall apply; (a) The company will consult with employees as soon as details of a new site or consolidation are known.
