Relocation Incentive Payment to the Company. The Company agrees to lease a facility and to relocate and expand an office and its associated operations and workforce, all within the City. In consideration of the Company’s agreement to lease a facility and to relocate and expand that office and create employment opportunities within the City, and subject to the Company’s compliance with the requirements set forth in subsection 2(d), the City agrees to provide to the Company a relocation incentive payment (the “Relocation Incentive Payment”) in the amount of Ten Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($10,000.00), payable to the Company no later than thirty (30) days following the occurrence of (A) the Company’s lease of a facility within the City and provision to the City of a photocopy of the Lease Agreement and (B) issuance by the City of a certificate of occupancy for that leased facility (which issuance will not be unreasonably conditioned, delayed or withheld by the City).

In consideration of the Company’s agreement to lease the Facility and to relocate and expand that office and relocate existing and create new jobs and employment opportunities within the City, and subject to the Company’s compliance with the requirements set forth in subsection 2(d), the City agrees to provide to the Company a relocation incentive payment (the “Relocation Incentive Payment”) in the amount of One Hundred Fifty Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($150,000.00), payable to the Company no later than One (1) Year following the date on which the City shall have determined that all of the following conditions shall have been satisfied: (A) the Company shall have executed the Lease Agreement and provided a photocopy of that executed Leased Agreement to the City, (B) the City shall have issued a Certificate of Occupancy for the leased Facility (which issuance will not be unreasonably conditioned, delayed or withheld by the City) and (C) the Company shall have occupied the Facility.

In consideration of the Company’s agreement to lease or purchase the Facility and to relocate and expand that office and relocate existing and create new jobs and employment opportunities, all within the City, and subject to the Company’s compliance with the requirements set forth in subsection 2(d), the City agrees to provide to the Company a relocation incentive payment (the “Relocation Incentive Payment”) in the amount of Twenty-Five Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($25,000.00), payable to the Company no later than One (1) Year following the date on which the City shall have determined that all of the conditions set forth in subsections 1(c)(i), 1(c)(ii) and 1(c)(iii) shall have been satisfied.
