Relocation of Feeder Line 6 and Crossing in the SLA Corridor Property. Whenever in furtherance of its needs and requirements, MWDSLS determines that there is an irreconcilable conflict between the use and enjoyment of Feeder Line 6 located within the SLA Corridor Property and the SLA or MWDSLS Facilities, Questar Gas shall within a reasonable time after receipt of written notice from MWDSLS modify Feeder Line 6 or relocate all or any portion of Feeder Line 6 to such new locations in the Two Parcels as MWDSLS shall reasonably designate and provide to Questar Gas or secure on Questar Gas’s behalf that are reasonably acceptable to Questar Gas. Relocation of Feeder Line 6 pursuant to this Section, including any relocation of Feeder Line 6 in the Non-Corridor Property necessitated by a relocation pursuant to this section, shall be at Questar Gas’s sole cost and expense. All the terms and conditions expressed in this Agreement (excepting Exhibit B) with reference to Feeder Line 6 in the SLA Corridor Property shall, so far as Feeder Line 6 remains within the SLA Corridor Property, apply to Feeder Line 6 as modified or relocated pursuant to this Agreement. Questar Gas shall not be entitled to any damages or other compensation as the result of the MWDSLS’s exercise of its rights under this Section 7.2. MWDSLS agrees to exercise its rights under this Section in good faith and after reasonable efforts to consult with Xxxxxxx Xxx.
