The following table irrevocably sets forth the designation, Pass-Through Rate, aggregate Initial Certificate Principal Balance, certain features, Final Scheduled Distribution Date and initial ratings for each Class of Certificates comprising the interests representing "regular interests" in REMIC IV and Component II of the Class AR Certificates.
