Common use of Remittance to Association Clause in Contracts

Remittance to Association. A computer printout of employees on Association dues deduction shall be sent to the Association, together with the remittance to the United Teaching Profession (i.e., local, OEA-NEA), within ten (10) days after the monthly salary checks have been received by the employees of the District. The Association agrees promptly to advise the superintendent of all members of the Association in good standing from time to time, and to furnish any other information needed by the superintendent to fulfill the provisions of this Article and not otherwise readily available to the District. The District will notify the Association of any member additions, terminations, and leaves monthly.
