Remote Diagnosis. Software AG Global Support may perform remote diagnosis to facilitate issue analysis. In such case, Software AG Global Support will access Customer’s environment via a Remote Online Diagnostic Tool for purposes of diagnosis and analysis only. Remote access to Customer’s environments will occur during Business Hours at the times agreed between the Customer and Software AG Global Support. 5 SERVICES OUTSIDE THE SCOPE OF SOFTWARE AG'S MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT SERVICE
Remote Diagnosis. The term “Remote Diagnosis” means the determination by online diagnostic tools or telephone technician of the cause of your issue and it may involve You accessing inside of system and multiple or extended sessions. Compliance to completing the remote diagnosis is required to determine the next steps to resolution.
Remote Diagnosis. In the event that MEXL is unable to diagnose the defect perceived by the Customer via telephone/email conversations or diagnostic logs, MEXL shall then exercise appropriate diagnostic routines via the network interface, which is on the Customer’s premises if available.

Remote Diagnosis. Customer agrees to supply and provide access (dial in or web access) to a remote device such as modem or IP access center that complies Equipment standards. HTC acknowledges and agrees that such access may be conditional upon compliance by HTC with Customers security requirements or other terms deemed necessary by Customer. On a case-by-case, mutually agreeable basis, HTC may consider Remote Access an appropriate response.
Remote Diagnosis. Cray may require system administrator capabilities to perform command line functions when connected to customers’ systems. Cray is able to provide remote diagnosis using common teleconferencing tools.
Remote Diagnosis. If agreed in the scope of services Xxxxxx shall provide support to the client by means of remote support in a way regarded necessary by Xxxxxx if the corresponding technical prerequisites exist at the client (modem, internet, data protection regulations).
