Common use of Removal of Discipline Clause in Contracts

Removal of Discipline. All formal disciplinary notices shall be removed from an employee's personnel file after eighteen (18) months from the date of the discipline, provided the employee has been discipline-free for the period.

All formal warnings and disciplinary notices notations shall be removed from an employee's ’s personnel file after eighteen twelve (1812) months from the date of the disciplinewarning, provided the employee has been discipline-free for the period. An employee may not claim that she has been discipline-free for any more than that period, if such is not the case.
